Geostrategy is an inflection point; a way for companies to think strategically, act proactively, and neutralize surprises. In Part II, Jeff and Jeannette shift from the strategic environment to the operational realities inside companies, where resilience depends on the systems, decisions, and relationships built long before a crisis hits. Join us as we explore choke points, compliance, engineering, supply chain decisions and the often‑overlooked importance of engaging with government to keep operations moving when the world shifts. This is where geopolitics meet execution.

"CEOs should think about geostrategy as a force multiplier because that's what it is. How does this amplify the reach of my product? How does this push out my brand? How does this return and increase not only share value but future value of my company? In R & D, in that next gen product product, in all of the frontier things that we've already talked about. Geostrategy is critical to that effort. " – Jeannette Chu
